Return Policy

All purchases made on Vanity Taglie Forti can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The right of withdrawal can be exercised with reference to certain products and services indicated in art. 55, Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

On Vanity Plus Sizes you can request a return completely independently. Follow the instructions below:

The request will be taken care of by our operators. After approval you will receive the waybill by email to make the return shipment.

*The return is at the Customer's expense. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be made on the same payment method used, from the moment the goods return to our logistics center.

For each of your home collection return requests, you will be charged a fixed amount of €4.95 as a return shipping cost. We will deduct this cost directly from the refund of the amount paid for the returned items. The return period is 14 days from the date of shipment confirmation.

It is not possible to exchange or return underwear, swimsuits without hygienic adhesive, earrings, stockings or socks. The items must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with the internal and external labels still attached, without repairs and with the relevant payment receipt). The purchase document is necessary for orders placed with a gift receipt, so that the refund is not processed using the same payment method as the purchase.

Returns must always be made in the same market of purchase. In accordance with the terms mentioned above, you can return an item independently by sending the package to the address:___________ or request home collection from your account on our website.

Omai reserves the right to refuse returns outside the time limit provided, in the event that the items are not in the same condition in which they were sent and/or do not meet the conditions for return. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods or until proof of return has been provided.

IMPORTANT: If you wish to return items from different orders (or more than one order), it is essential that you request collection for each of them and according to the number of packages you wish to return. Omai is not responsible for returns of items purchased in different orders and/or returned with the request for collection of a different order.

If you return using a method not included in our return conditions, we assume that you assume the cost of shipping and all responsibility/risk for the same.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were originally sent, neatly packaged and with the tags still attached.

  • Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.
  • Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, garment covers, etc.) received in the package.
  • Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be damaged, altered or used.

If, exceptionally, you have mistakenly received a defective or faulty item, the quickest solution is to go to one of our stores.

Once in the store, a manager will check the condition of the item. If the defect is confirmed and the item is available in the store, the replacement or return will be made, based on what you prefer and the store's stock.

Refunds will be made through the same payment method used when placing the order, within a maximum period of 14 days, depending on the bank and payment method used.

If the payment was made by gift card or voucher (both virtual and physical) the refund will be credited to the same card. If at the time of the refund the card with which the payment was made is no longer available, please contact our Customer Service.
